摘要
习近平总书记强调,办好中国的事情,关键在党。而党的建设新的伟大工程成败的关键在于政治建设统领的根本性。加强党的政治建设与加强党性教育的基本任务具有内在一致性。深刻认识党性教育的基础地位和战略地位,以党的政治建设统领的内在逻辑为根本遵循,提升党性教育质效需要净化政治生态,发挥关键少数的表率作用、严肃党内政治生活、强化对领导干部的监管,营造党性教育的健康环境;需要强化政治自觉,使“学什么”科学化、“怎样学”实效化、持续推进科学研究,优化党性教育的基本要素;需要形成政治规范,优化顶层设计机制、健全考核奖惩机制、完善常态化机制,使党性教育的规范化和长效性得到有力保障。
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the key to managing China’s affairs well lies in the Party.And the key to the success of the new great project of the Party building lies in the fundamentality of political construction.The basic task of strengthening the Party’s political construction is inherently consistent with that of strengthening party spirit education.This paper contends that efforts should be made to deeply understand the basic and strategic position of party spirit education,and take the inherent logic of the Party’s political construction as the fundamental principle.To improve the quality and efficiency of party spirit education,it is necessary to purify the political ecology,make the key minority as role models,strengthen the Party’s internal political activities and the supervision of leading cadres,and create a healthy environment for party spirit education.Besides,political consciousness needs to be strengthened to make“what to learn”scientific,“how to learn”effective.It is necessary to form political norms,optimize the top-level design mechanism,improve the assessment,reward and punishment mechanism,and improve the normalization mechanism,so as to ensure the standardization and long-term effectiveness of party spirit education.
