摘要
现阶段我国在进行城市化建设的过程中,建设规模正在不断地扩大,为电力行业的发展提供了更多的机遇。各行各业的发展都需要电力能源的支持,因此配电网工程的建设质量,已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注。在进行配电网工程建设的过程中,需要做好现场的管理,这样才能从根本上提高工程的建设质量、施工安全和效率,确保电力系统在应用时更加安全稳定。电力企业需要改变原有的管理理念,引进更加先进的管理手段,这样才能充分发挥管理工作的效用。文章就配电网建设工程管理存在的问题及解决措施进行相关的分析和探讨。
At the present stage,in the process of urbanization construction in our country,the construction scale is constantly expanding,which provides more opportunities for the development of the electric power industry.The development of various industries needs the support of electric energy,so the construction quality of distribution network engineering has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.In the process of distribution network construction,it is necessary to strengthen site management in order to fundamentally improve the construction quality,construction safety and efficiency of the project,and ensure that the power system is more secure and stable in application.Electric power enterprises need to change the original management concept and introduce more advanced management means,in order to give full play to the effectiveness of management work.This paper makes an analysis and discussion of the existing problems and solving measures in the construction project management of distribution network.
