多层垫片式引信防护结构抗冲击性能仿真 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前多层垫片式引信防护结构缺少理论研究,仿真模型简单,没有考虑防护结构抗冲击性能的问题,提出多层垫片式引信防护结构抗冲击性能的数值模型及仿真方法,分析不同工况下弹体侵彻多层靶板时多层垫片式引信防护结构的抗冲击性能。该方法建立了多层垫片式引信防护结构的弹体侵彻模型,可以模拟引信防护结构在高速侵彻下的冲击响应。仿真结果表明,目前常用的多层垫片式引信防护结构的抗冲击性能在弹体多次冲击素混凝土靶板时表现较好,在弹体以高初速度多次冲击金属靶板时防护结构易发生失效。 Aiming at the lack of theoretical research on the multi-layer gasket fuze protective structure,the simulation model is too simple,and the impact resistance of the protective structure is not considered.A simulation model and method of the anti-impact performance of the multi-layer gasket fue protective structure was proposed.The anti-impact performance of the multi-layer gasket fuze protective structure was analyzed when the projectile penetrates into the multi-layer target under different working conditions.The method established a penetration model of the multi-layer gasket fuze protective structure,which could simulate the impact response of fuze protection structure under high-speed penetration.The simulation results showed that the anti-impact performance of the multi-layer gasket fuze protective structure was excellent when the projectile repeatedly impacted the plain concrete target,and the fuze protective structure was easy to fail when the projectile repeatedly impacted the metal target with high initial velocity.
