摘要
对河南某长石矿进行了矿物组成分析、物相分析和多元素分析,通过磨矿细度、磁选、脱泥粒度、浮选等试验研究,确定了“磨矿-脱泥-强磁选-脱泥-反浮选除铁-长石浮选”的工艺流程。结果表明,该选矿工艺最终可获得产率49.98%、K_(2)O品位11.12%、TFe含量0.20%的长石精矿以及产率12.75%、SiO_(2)品位96.54%的石英精矿。
Mineral composition analysis,phase analysis and multi-element analysis were carried out for a feldspar ore from Henan Province.On the basis of the experimental study on grinding fineness,magnetic separation,desliming grain size and flotation,the beneficiation flowsheet consisting sequentially of grinding,desliming,high intensity magnetic separation,desliming,reverse flotation to remove iron minerals and feldspar flotation was determined,which produced a feldspar concentrate grading 11.12% K_(2)O,0.20% TFe,with a yield of 49.98%,and a quartz concentrate grading 96.54% SiO_(2),with a yield of 12.75%.
