摘要
社区养老和居家养老将成为我国今后养老的主要形式之一,完善和可负担的适老化住区则是推进社区养老和居家养老的重要物质基础,对我国当前老年群体养老需求的科学分析将成为既有住区适老化更新改造的基础。本文旨在针对社区和居家养老构建从需求到供给的框架,为既有住区适老化更新改造提供理论依据参考。
Community care and home care will become one of the main forms of China's future care.Perfect and affordable residential areas for the aged is an important material basis for promoting community care and home care,therefore scientific analysis of the needs of the elderly population in China will become the basis for the renovation of the existing residential areas for the aged.This paper aims to construct a demand-to-supply framework for community and home-based elderly care,which could provide theoretical basis for the renovation of existing residential areas for the aged.
