摘要
目的探讨免疫球蛋白联合甲强龙对吉兰-巴雷综合征患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2020年8月项城市第一人民医院诊治的60例吉兰-巴雷综合征患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组在常规治疗基础上接受静脉滴注免疫球蛋白治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受甲强龙治疗。比较两组患儿外周血CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T细胞水平,比较两组肌力、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组CD8^(+)T细胞水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患儿肌力高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)较对照组(70.00%)高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白联合甲强龙可有效提高吉兰-巴雷综合征患儿疗效,改善免疫功能,提高肌力。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immunoglobulin combined with methylprednisolone on children with Guillain-Barrésyndrome.Methods Sixty children with Guillain-Barrésyndrome diagnosed and treated from June 2019 to August 2020 in Xiangcheng First People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Control group received intravenous immunoglobulin therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and observation group received methylprednisolone therapy on the basis of control group.The peripheral blood CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD8^(+)T cell levels of the two groups of children were compared,and the muscle strength,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T cells in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the levels of CD8^(+)T cells between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(93.33%vs.70.00%,P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone could effectively improve the curative effect of children with Guillain-Barrésyndrome,improve immune function,and increase muscle strength.
