摘要
基于手机信令数据,监测了武汉市从“封城”到“解封”不同类型居民出行的恢复进程,包括全目的出行、游憩出行和职住通勤等,定量评估了城市内部交通出行的恢复韧性。研究结果表明:疫后,武汉本地居民出行已基本恢复常态,三镇来看,汉阳片区恢复程度最理想,快于汉口片区和武昌片区,本地游憩出行更倾向于郊野乡村游;“惠游湖北”等政策推出后,外地游客来汉意愿逐步恢复,三镇核心区景点吸引力更强;早晚高峰通勤拥堵指数高于往年同期,居民自驾出行比例提高。
Based on the mobile signaling data,this paper monitored the recovery process of different types of residents’travel in Wuhan from“closed”to“unsealed”,including all-purpose travel,recreation travel and commuting,and quantitatively evaluates the resilience of urban internal traffic travel.The results show that:after the epidemic,the travel of local residents in Wuhan has basically returned to normal.In terms of the three towns,the recovery degree of Hanyang district is the best,faster than that of Hankou district and Wuchang District,and the local recreational travel is more inclined to rural tourism.After the introduction of“Huiyou Hubei”and other policies,the willingness of foreign tourists to come to China has gradually recovered,and the attraction of scenic spots in the core area of the three towns is stronger.The morning and evening peak commuting congestion index was higher than that of the same period in previous years,and the proportion of self driving travel increased.
