摘要
地域文化传承与社区教育核心竞争力提升存在着“双促进”关系。要将这种“双促进”关系的功能激发出来,有效服务和积极促进社区居民的文化自信,推动地域文化传承,需要发挥社区教育的场域优势,提升特色课程开发的能力。一方面,将地域文化的保护和传承与社区教育特色课程开发有机结合,以新的协作形态破解“双促进”的瓶颈;另一方面,通过重构基于地域文化传承的社区教育特色课程开发框架,特别是聚焦开发环境、开发团队、开发思路、开发流程等关键环节,有利于发挥“双促进”的协同作用,有利于社区教育助力社区治理、提升融合发展的水平。
There is a“double promotion”relationship between the regional cultural heritage and the promotion of the core competitiveness of community education.However,in order to stimulate the function of this“double promotion”relationship,effectively serve and actively promote the cultural confidence of community residents,and promote the regional cultural heritage,we need to give play to the field advantages of community education and enhance the ability of characteristic curriculum development.On the one hand,we should combine the protection and inheritance of regional culture with the development of characteristic curriculum of community education to break the bottleneck of“double promotion”with a new form of cooperation;On the other hand,by reconstructing the development framework of community education characteristic curriculum based on regional cultural heritage,especially focusing on the key links such as development environment,development team,development ideas and development process,it which is conducive to the synergy of“double promotion”and community education to help community governance and improve the level of integrated development.
