摘要
限流熔断器频繁发生熔断故障,给油田电网的安全运行带来了较大影响。针对限流熔断器熔断故障的具体情况,分别从时间分布、互感器励磁特性、熔断器制造水平、系统接地故障等影响因素进行原因分析。为了避免限流熔断器非正常熔断,提出了严格验收质量把关、控制选型与尺寸、试点提升熔断器额定电流、实施充油式电压互感器改造、一次侧安装正规消谐器、减少系统接地故障及加装10 kV系统消弧线圈等建议,以提高电网运行可靠性。
Frequent fusing failures of current-limiting fuses have a greater impact on the safe operation of the oilfield power grid.In view of the specific circumstances of the current-limiting fuse fusing fault,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of time distribution,transformer excitation characteristics,fuse manufacturing level,system ground fault and other influencing factors.In order to avoid abnormal fusing of current limiting fuse,some suggestions are put forward,such as strict acceptance quality control,control of type selection and size,pilot improvement of rated current of fuse,implementation of oil filled voltage transformer transformation,installation of regular harmonic eliminator at primary side,reduction of system grounding fault and installation of 10 kV system arc suppression coil,so as to improve the operation reliability of power grid.
