摘要
Raf激酶抑制蛋白(Raf kinase inhibitory protein,RKIP)是磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白家族成员之一,能够负性调节丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPK)通路的活性,并参与到核因子κB (nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)、Wnt/β-catenin等多个信号通路的调节中,与有关细胞生长、增殖、分化、分裂、凋亡等的信号级联发生作用。在涉及到皮肤及皮肤肿瘤的研究中,RKIP被发现在皮肤的形成发育、分化、抑制肿瘤的转移及介导炎症反应中发挥着重要作用,该文将对以上几点进行综述。
Raf kinase inhibitory protein(RKIP) is a member of the phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein family, negatively regulating MAPK(mitogen-activated protein kinases) pathway. It also participates in several signal pathways like NF-κB(nuclear factor kappa-B), Wnt/β-catenin and so on, effecting pivotal intracellular signaling cascades that control cellular growth, proliferation, division, differentiation and apoptosis. RKIP has been proved playing an important role in epidermal formation, development and differentiation, along with inhibiting the metastases of tumors and inducing inflammatory responses in the researches involving skin tissue and skin tumors.
