摘要
渤海S油田具有疏松砂岩、井距大的特点,化学驱结束后出现了剩余油分布更加零散以及非均质性增强的特点,为油田后续开发带来了新的挑战。本研究针对渤海S油田化学驱后存在的问题,结合海上油田平台空间有限的特点,从扩大波及体积和提高洗油效率这两点出发,提出了更加适用于海上油田的聚驱后"堵+调+驱洗"多段塞组合增效技术。该技术主要利用堵段塞的强封堵能力,调段塞的调剖能力,驱洗段塞的高洗油效率,将三者顺序组合起来,发挥"堵剂开路,深调相伴,全局驱洗"的协同增效作用,从而达到提高采收率的目的。利用物模实验研究的方法验证了"堵+调+驱洗"多段塞组合增效技术能实现"1+1>2"的增油效果;同时,海上油田矿场试验效果也表明,BH井组在注入堵段塞后油组视吸水指数降幅达46.33%,受益井日产油量上升10%,"堵+调+驱洗"多段塞组合增效技术可实现矿场应用中扩大波及体积,提高洗油效率,从而发挥降水增油和改善开发效果的作用。
Bohai S oilfield has the characteristics of loose sandstone and large well spacing.After chemical flooding, the remaining oil distribution was more scattered and the heterogeneity was enhanced, which brought new challenges to the subsequent development of the oilfield.This paper was specifically aimed at the problems existing after chemical flooding in Bohai S oilfield, combined with the limited space of offshore oilfield platforms, starting from the two points of expanding the swept volume and improving oil washing efficiency, proposed a more suitable post-polymer flooding "plugging+adjustment+flooding" for offshore oilfields.Multi-slug combination synergistic technology.This technology mainly used the strong plugging ability of plugging slugs, the profile control ability of adjusting slugs, and the high oil washing efficiency of flushing slugs.The three were combined in sequence to play the role of "blocking agent opening, deep adjustment accompanied, global flooding".The synergistic effect of "washing",so as to achieved the purpose of improving the recovery rate.The paper used the method of physical model experiment to verify that the multi-slug combination synergistic technology of "plugging+adjustment+flooding and washing" can realize the oil increase effect of "1+1>2";meanwhile, the test effect of offshore oil field also showed that the apparent water absorption index of the oil group in BH dropped by 46.33% after the well group was injected into the plugging slug, and the daily oil production of the beneficiary well increased by 10%.The "plugging+adjustment+flooding" multi-slug combination synergistic technology can realize the expansion of the affected volume in the mine application.To improve the efficiency of oil washing, so as to play the role of precipitation and increase oil and improve the development effect.
