摘要
皮革制品企业发展需要面对市场运行环境、环保治理、内部管理等多重因素影响,无论在哪个环节管理措施出现偏差,都会给企业健康稳定发展带来影响。财务管理是企业内部管理的基本组成部分,对企业核心竞争力提升具有重要影响。本文在对皮革制品企业发展现状简要概述的基础上,对财务视角进行分解,分别明确不同财务模式变化对皮革制品企业发展的影响,并结合实际提出皮革制品企业转型发展路径,以此为相关企业运营管理提供参考,为皮革行业健康发展做出贡献。
The development of leather products enterprises face the influence of multiple factors,such as market operation environment,environmental protection governance,internal management,etc.No matter in which link the management measures deviate,it will have an impact on the healthy and stable development of enterprises.Financial management is the basic part of enterprise internal management,which has an important impact on the promotion of enterprise core competitiveness.Based on a brief overview of the development status of leather products enterprises,the financial perspective was analyzed,the impact of different financial model changes on the development of leather products enterprises was proposed,and the transformation and development path of leather products enterprises combined with the actual situation was put forward,so as to provide a reference for the operation and management of relevant enterprises and make contributions to the healthy development of leather industry.
