摘要
利用煤矸石及陶瓷厂废弃的陶瓷片为主要原料,添加碳化硅为造孔剂,滑石为助熔剂制备煤矸石泡沫陶瓷。随着泡沫陶瓷烧成温度的升高,其气孔率逐渐增加,在1050℃时达到最大,为69.2%,该温度下的导热系数最小,为0.09 W/(mK),抗压强度为9 MPa。
The coal gangue foam ceramics were prepared by using coal gangue and the discarded ceramic sheets from ceramic factories as main raw materials,adding silicon carbide as poreforming agent and talc as fluxing agent.With the increase of sintering temperature,the porosity of the foamed ceramics increased gradually and reached the maximum value of 69.2%at 1050℃.The thermal conductivity of the foamed ceramics at this temperature was the minimum of 0.09 W/(mK),and the compressive strength was 9 MPa.
