互联网+智能餐盘在2型糖尿病患者饮食管理中的应用效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价互联网+智能餐盘在2型糖尿病患者饮食管理中的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样法,抽取社区卫生服务中心三个卫生服务站的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为餐盘加讲座联合微信互动组(A组)、餐盘加讲座组(B组)及单纯讲座组(C组)。分别记录三组患者基线和干预后第四季度的体质指数、腰臀比(WHR)、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平。使用标准语言对研究对象发放问卷进行统一调查,内容包括糖尿病知识掌握度、饮食管理依从性、生存质量等维度评分。结果:A组干预后糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平均降低;A组干预后糖尿病知识知晓率评分、饮食依从性评分、生存质量评分均高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互联网+智能餐盘可以帮助患者简单、便捷、直观的掌握所摄入食物的重量和体积,联合微信互动可以解决糖尿病患者常规饮食教育的不足,提高患者的饮食依从性,对饮食管理有一定的成效。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Internet plus intelligent plate in the diet management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to select type 2 diabetes patients from three health service stations of the community health service center as the research objects,and they were divided into the dinner plate plus lecture combined with WeChat interactive group(the group A)and the plate plus lecture group(the group B)and the simple lecture group(the group C).The body mass index,waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the three groups of patients at baseline and in the fourth quarter after the intervention were recorded respectively.Standard language was used to conduct a unified survey on the questionnaires issued by the study subjects,which included scores on the dimensions of diabetes knowledge,compliance with diet management,and quality of life.Results:After intervention in the group A,the glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose levels were significantly reduced.After intervention in the group A,the diabetes knowledge awareness score,diet compliance score,and quality of life score were higher than those in the group B and the group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet plus intelligent plate can help patients to grasp the weight and volume of food in a simple,convenient and intuitive way.Combined with WeChat interaction can solve the deficiencies of routine diet education for diabetic patients,improve dietary compliance,and have a certain degree of diet management effectiveness.
