摘要
目的:分析高强度聚焦超声消融术在子宫良性病变中的应用效果。方法:2020年10月-2021年2月收治子宫良性病变患者161例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组。对照组采取手术治疗;观察组实施高强度聚焦超声消融术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后卵泡生成素、黄体生成素、血清雌二醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度和容积均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用高强度聚焦超声消融术治疗子宫良性病变,不仅不会影响患者内分泌水平,还能促使子宫内膜形态恢复正常,同时不会增加治疗风险。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of benign uterine lesions.Methods:From October 2020 to February 2021,161 patients with benign uterine lesions were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with surgery.The observation group was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of follicle-forming hormone,luteinizing hormone and serum estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The thickness and volume of the endometrium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high intensity focused ultrasound ablation for the treatment of benign uterine lesions not only does not affect the endocrine level of the patient,but also promotes the return of the endometrium to normal without increasing the risk of treatment.
