摘要
香港新界北地区从20世纪50年代初开始经历了从港英时期边境禁区到改革开放时期经贸合作桥梁与窗口的转变,如今正迈向打造粤港澳大湾区创新枢纽和香港经济发展新引擎的新阶段。本文梳理了新界北发展的历史和现状,分析了在粤港澳大湾区建设和香港经济第三次转型背景下新界北发展的定位和开发模式,在此基础上提出了新界北发展的思路和对策建议。
Since the early 1950 s,the northern New Territories of Hong Kong have evolved from a frontier closed area under the British rule to a bridge and window for economic and trade cooperation after the mainland introduced the reform and opening-up policy.It is now growing into an innovation hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and a new engine for Hong Kong’s economy.This paper traces the past and the present of the northern New Territories,and analyzes its positioning and development model against the background of the development of the Greater Bay Area and the third economic transformation of Hong Kong,and on this basis,proposes suggestions for its development.
