摘要
随着经济的快速发展,市政工程建设项目越来越多,许多因素会影响到市政工程造价,导致建设成本的增加,本文主要论述了市政工程设计阶段的工程造价控制研究,要建立合理的造价控制体系,创新造价控制的管理模式,保证工程能够实现预期效益。
With the rapid economic development,there are more municipal engineering construction projects.Many factors will affect the cost of municipal project and cause the increase of construction cost.This article mainly discusses the research on project cost control at the design stage of municipal projects,and it is necessary to establish reasonable cost control system,create innovative cost control management mode,and ensure that the project can achieve the expected benefits.
