摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,生态水利建设事业发展速度不断提高,合理利用水资源对河道治理提出更高的要求。河道主要是发挥防洪作用,同时需要实现供水功能和旅游景观效果,有效平衡自然生态环境。在河道内乱开采、乱挖、乱布设各种建筑物,影响河道防洪功能,如果发生极端天气,无法及时排除雨水、山洪,会引发洪涝灾害,因此需进一步完善河道防洪排涝功能,充分发挥河道的作用。
With the continuous development of social economy,the development speed of ecological water conservancy construction has been increasing,and the rational use of water resources puts forward higher requirements for river course governance.The river course is mainly used for flood control and realizing the water supply function and tourism landscape effect,which effectively balance the natural ecological environment.Random mining,excavation,and arrangement of various buildings in the river course may affect the flood control function of the river course.Once extreme weather occurs,rainwater and mountain floods cannot be eliminated in time,which will cause flood disaster.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the flood control and drainage function of the river course and give full play to the river course’s function.
