摘要 结合0.0053 mm铝箔生产工艺分析箔轧过程中轧制油、轧制道次对0.0053 mm铝箔质量的影响。通过对轧制油油温及轧制油添加剂配比的试验研究,得到满足0.0053 mm铝箔箔轧生产的轧制油油温及轧制油新配方,改善了轧制过程中轧制板形不良,轧制厚度不均的质量缺陷,降低了断带次数;通过对轧制油日常监管、油位监督、添加剂使用、油温、清洁度等方面的管控,延长了轧制油的使用周期;通过调整轧制道次提高了生产效率。 It is analyzed the effect on 0.0053 mm aluminum foil quality of rolling oil and rolling pass in foil rolling process combining with the production process of 0.0053 mm aluminum roil.We can get the satisfied oil temperature and new formula of rolling oil through the experimental study on rolling oil temperature and addition agent ratio of rolling oil,it is improved the quality flaws that the rolling plate was not in good shape,rolling thickness was uneven,and break numbers were decreased.the life cycle of rolling oil is prolonged through daily supervising of rolling oil,oil level supervision,controlling of addition agent using,oil temperature,cleanliness and so on;and the productivity is increased through adjustment of rolling pass.
