摘要
针对某镀锌线入口甩尾跑偏问题,通过受力分析,发现受力不平衡是跑偏的主要原因。通过分析与实践,确定以下调整方法:调整产线入口张力辊压力,并增加一个新压辊;增加入口活套在甩尾时的减张力功能;优化原料板形,板形曲线控制为双侧对称微边浪。上述措施在实际应用后,入口甩尾跑偏故障得到了有效的控制。
Drift and deviation problem appeared at the feeding port of galvanized production line,we found the unbalanced force is the major reason of drift and deviation.Therefore the following adjustment methods were confirmed through analysis and practice:adjustment of pressure of tension roller at the feeding port of the production line is done,and a new tension roller should be added;an entry looper should be added in order to reduce tension when drift and deviation occurred;optimization of raw material plate,the plate curve should be controlled to two-side symmetrical micro edge waves.The drift and deviation of feeding port is controlled effectively when the above mentioned measures were applied.
