摘要
随着荒野研究的热潮席卷全球,在其广为人知的生态价值以外,荒野还具有疗愈价值。荒野疗法在欧美常作为一种替代疗法,以治愈现代医学难以解决的社会病和疑难杂症。文中根据人类与荒野关系和荒野内涵探究荒野疗法诞生的思想根源,对荒野疗法的定义、基本内容和相关概念进行辨析,归纳了各阶段有关荒野疗法作用机理和疗效研究的成果,以美国为参考探究如何对荒野治疗项目进行规范和监管,探讨荒野疗法对我国自然保护地疗憩实践的启示与建议。
With the research on wilderness sweeping the world,wilderness is found to have the therapeutic value in addition to its well-known ecological value.Wilderness therapy(WT)is commonly used in western countries as an alternative therapy to cure social diseases and difficult miscellaneous diseases that modern medicine can hardly solve.This paper elaborates the thought root of the WT in terms of the relationship between humans and wilderness and the connotation of wilderness,discriminates its definition,basic contents and related concepts,and summarizes the results of the research on WT mechanism and efficacy,which has been carried out by European and American scholars at different stage.In addition,the paper explores how to regulate and supervise WT programs with reference to the United States,and discusses the implication of the WT on the therapeutic recreation use of natural protected areas in China.
