摘要
通过深入研究SGD-S遥爆系统源驱动技术的基本原理,针对BOOMBOX遥爆系统制定了兼容BOOMBOX3编码器的基本技术方案,结合两代产品的设计差异论述了参数设置要求,并绘制了BOOMBOX3编码器连线及译码器连线的线路图。同时,提出应用遥爆系统无线中继站的技术方案,解决BOOMBOX遥爆系统因使用源驱动技术时中断放炮(Repeater)功能失效的技术难题,最终实现了BOOMBOX遥爆系统源驱动功能的野外应用。
Through intensive research of the basic principles of SDG-S dynamite controller system source drive technology,a fundamental concept has been developed for BOOMBOX decoder to be compatible with BOOMBOX3 encoder.The parameter setting requirements have been discussed by combination of the design discrepancy between two generation products and then drawn the diagrams of BOOMBOX3 encoder wiring as well as decoder wiring.Meanwhile,the technical solution of applying the wireless repeater station has been proposed to solve the repeater functional failure of the BOOMBOX dynamite controller system while using source drive.Finally,the field application of the source drive function of BOOMBOX dynamite controller system was realized.
