摘要
为评价注CO_(2)井的注入效果、优化注入方案,需要详实掌握注入过程中井筒内相态分布剖面和各层吸气剖面。通过分析注CO_(2)井的特性,开展测试方法适应性研究,结合注CO_(2)井高压、低温、腐蚀及相态变化复杂等特性,优选钢丝高压密闭施工工艺,并通过防腐蚀密封件的比选试验、加强人员伤害防护设计、改进测前防喷装置保护液注入工艺和采用测后快速放空工艺,探索出了一种高压、低温非常规流体存储多参数测试工艺。依据传热学知识、流体力学原理和气体的状态方程,建立井筒相态模型和解释方法,成功应用于现场测试和资料解释。
In order to evaluate the injection effect of CO_(2) injection wells and optimize the injection scheme,it is necessary to master the phase distribution profile in the wellbore and the suction profile of each layer in the injection process.By analyzing the characteristics of CO_(2) injection well,the adaptability of test methods was studied.Combined with the characteristics of CO_(2) injection well such as high pressure,low temperature,corrosion and complex phase change,the steel wire high-pressure sealing construction technology was optimized.Through the comparison test of anti-corrosion seals,strengthening the design of personal injury protection,improving the injection process of protective fluid of blowout preventer before test and adopting the rapid venting process after test,the new technology was explored based on the knowledge of heat transfer,the principle of fluid mechanics and the equation of state of gas.The wellbore phase model and interpretation method are established,which are successfully applied to the field test and data interpretation.
