基于电磁探伤技术的套管变形定量解释方法

摘要 针对普光气井目前套管变形现状和套管变形监测实际需求,研究了一种利用电磁探伤测井透过油管定量评价套管变形的解释方法。通过开展地面套管变形模拟试验,录取套管变形管柱的电磁探伤及多臂井径数据,并依据电磁场理论引入等效半径概念。分别对电磁探伤数据归一化和多臂井径数据等效半径处理后进行拟合,建立了电磁探伤套管变形定量计算模型。现场应用显示了该计算模型能够较准确地评价套变程度,计算模型相对误差小于10%,实现了在不动管柱条件下套管变形定量评价。 Aiming at the current situation of casing deformation and the actual demand of casing deformation monitoring in Puguang gas well,an interpretation method of quantitative evaluation of casing deformation through tubing by electromagnetic flaw detection logging was introduced.The electromagnetic detection and multi-arm well diameter data of the casing deformation are obtained through the ground casing deformation simulation experiment.Furthermore,based on the electromagnetic field theory,the concept of equivalent radius is introduced.After normalization of electromagnetic flaw detection data and equivalent radius processing of multi arm caliper data,the quantitative calculation model of casing deformation by using electromagnetic flaw detection is established.The field application shows that the calculation model can accurately evaluate casing deformation degree,and the relative error of calculation model is less than 10%,which realizes the quantitative evaluation of casing deformation without moving string.
