摘要
加快推进城市治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,是新时代城市发展的重要任务。在新时代城市建设的新理念、新要求的指导下,我国诸多城市因地制宜地开展了城市品质提升行动,并取得了一定成效。北京作为我国首都,在城市治理与品质提升方面有诸多经验。本文选取北京市作为代表进行研究,通过对北京市城市品质提升方面的经验总结,以期为我国城市治理提供借鉴与启示。
It is an important task of urban development in the new era to speed up the modernization of the urban governance system and the ability of governance.Under the guidance of new concepts and new requirements for urban construction in the new era,many cities in China have carried out urban quality improvement actions according to local conditions,and have achieved certain results.By taking the Capital,Beijing,which has gained plenty of experience during its urbanization,as a representative example,this paper aims at providing reference and enlightenment for city governance in China.
