摘要
目的创建超说明书用药药品知识库,实现信息化管理。方法梳理我院已备案超说明书用药药品,基于循证依据审核确认超说明书用药内容,通过软件、HIS系统构建药品知识库及使用审核规则,完善适应证、给药途径、给药剂量、特殊人群等设置。结果构建的超说明书用药知识库和审核规则能够满足特殊疾病人群的个体化用药。结论通过信息化管理能够保障超说明书用药的安全性与合理性。
Objective To create a knowledge database of off-label use and realize information management.Methods We sorted out the off-label drugs that had been registered in our hospital,reviewed and confirmed the content of off-label drugs on evidence-based knowledge.Through the software and HIS,the drug knowledge database and review rules were constructed to improve the indications,route of medication,and dosage for special population.Results The established drug knowledge database and review rules for off-label use can meet the individualized drug use for patient with special diseases.Conclusion Information management can ensure the safety and rationality of drug off-label use.
