摘要
公立医院绩效考核是引导公立医院发展方向的“指挥棒”,是促进医院管理的助推器。公立医院绩效考核成绩单既反映三级公立医院的建设成效,也反映出医院管理存在的短板。基于医疗短板、寻求改革发力点,持续实施政策措施,以绩效考核推动医院高质量发展,实现医院综合能力提升、医院运行提质增效和医院管理精细化。
Performance appraisal of public hospitals is the"baton"to guide the development of public hospitals,and it is a booster to promote hospital management.The performance appraisal results of public hospitals not only reflect the construction effectiveness of tertiary public hospitals,but also reflect the shortcomings of hospital management.Based on medical shortcomings and seeking reforms,we continued to implement policies and measures to promote the high-quality development of hospitals through performance evaluation,and achieve the improvement of hospitals'comprehensive capabilities,the quality and efficiency of hospital operations,and the refinement of hospital management.
