摘要
住院医师规范化培训是我国医学毕业后教育的重要组成部分。神经外科方向的培训亦运行了多年,对于培养合格的神经外科医师做出了重要贡献。本文将对神经外科住院医师规范化培训的运行现状、不足之处及对策进行评述与思考。
Standardized training of residents plays an important role in post-graduate education of medical students.Training of neurosurgery residents has been running for years and contributed greatly to the cultivation of neurosurgeons.Here we briefly comment on the current situation,flaws and thoughts of standardized training of neurosurgery residents.
