摘要
针对钢轨铝热焊接接头轨脚超声波探伤存在明显杂波的问题,通过对不同焊接材料焊接接头的超声波探伤、金相组织分析和热理处试验结果的对比分析,研究了钢轨铝热焊接接头轨脚杂波形成的原因。结果表明:焊接接头轨脚杂波与焊接材料关系不大;焊缝金属与钢轨母材金属组织的晶粒度差异是形成焊接接头轨脚杂波的主要原因;经热处理后,焊接接头的焊缝组织得到细化,轨脚边反射杂波被消除;轨脚边存在反射杂波的焊接接头的静弯强度满足相关技术标准要求。
In view of the obvious ultrasonic noise in the ultrasonic examination of the rail foot of the rail thermit welded joint,the causes of the ultrasonic noise on the rail foot of the rail thermit welded joint were studied through the comparative analysis of the ultrasonic examination,metallographic structure analysis and thermal treatment test results of the welded joints with different welding materials.The results show that the ultrasonic noise on rail foot of welded joint has little relationship with the welding material.The grain size difference between weld metal and rail base metal is the main reason for the formation of ultrasonic noise on rail foot of welded joint.After thermal treatment,the weld structure of the welded joint is refined and the reflected ultrasonic noise on the rail foot is eliminated.The static bending strength of welded joints with reflected ultrasonic noise on the rail foot meets the requirements of relevant technical standards.
