摘要
从社区能源运营商的角度出发,通过整合社区综合能源系统(IES)中可控负荷、风电机组出力等信息,提出考虑可控负荷的社区IES两阶段优化调度模型。日前调度通过分析各类可控负荷是否参与优化,研究其响应前后对社区IES运行经济性的影响;日内调度基于日前调度方案,考虑到短时期内风电机组出力与负荷的波动并根据冷热电响应速率的不同,提出两级滚动优化平抑模型,求解各可控设备的调整出力。仿真结果表明,对可控负荷的优化调度可有效降低社区IES的综合运行成本;两阶段优化调度模型在满足用户用能需求的同时也能及时有效平抑日内阶段源荷两侧的随机波动,实现IES经济及平稳运行。
From the perspective of community energy operators,by integrating information such as controllable loads and wind turbine output in the community integrated energy system(IES),a two-stage optimal scheduling model of community IES considering controllable loads is proposed.The day-ahead scheduling analyzes the impact of various types of controllable loads on the operational costs of the community IES before and after the response.The intra-day scheduling is based on the day-ahead scheduling scheme,considering the fluctuation of wind turbine output and load in a short period of time and according to the different response rates of cooling,heating and power,a two-stage rolling optimization stabilization model is proposed to solve the adjustment output of each controllable equipment.The simulation results show that the optimal scheduling of controllable loads can effectively reduce the comprehensive operating cost of community IES;The two-stage optimal scheduling model can meet the user’s energy demand and timely stabilize the random fluctuations on both sides of the source and load during the day,realizing the IES economy and smooth operation.
