小径管相控阵超声检测中不同管径成像机制对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 在相控阵超声小径管环焊缝检测应用中,小径管曲率半径小,检测灵敏度低,检测效果较差。通过分析相控阵超声检测在曲面工件中的成像机制,对比分析了不同管径时管道的成像效果。根据对比实验可知:管道管径越小,相控阵超声检测成像效果越差,并据比提出了针对小径管检测提升灵敏度的方法。 In the application of phased array ultrasonic small-diameter pipe girth weld detection,the small-diameter pipe had small curvature radius,low detection sensitivity,and poor detection effect.By analyzing the imaging mechanism of phased array ultrasonic testing in curved workpieces,the imaging effects of different pipe diameters were compared and analyzed.The comparative experiment showed that the smaller the pipe diameter,the worse the imaging effect of phased array ultrasonic detection.Based on this,a method for improving the sensitivity of small-diameter pipe detection was proposed.
