摘要 以提升地理信息系统的数据采集准确率、增强图像配准效果为目的,研究基于多光谱遥感数据的地理信息系统。系统通过空间数据库引擎ArcSDE和数据库SQL Server完成对空间数据和属性数据的管理,由数据库、遥感影像三维可视化、空间分析和网络发布等实现系统的功能。其中多光谱遥感图像经提取、处理、配准后以Shape格式存储到数据库中;经SURF特征点提取和匹配预处理遥感影像后,应用DEM与预处理完成多光谱遥感影像在AcrScene程序中实现遥感影像的三维可视化。实验表明:该系统的城市道路和山区地质情况数据采集准确率高、特征点匹配率高、配准效果好;可清晰反映山区地形形态、坡向情况和自然生态状况,实现遥感影像的三维可视化。 In order to improve the accuracy of data acquisition and enhance the effect of image registration,the GIS based on multispectral remote sensing data is studied. The system manages the spatial data and attribute data by ArcSDE and SQL server. The functions of the system are realized by database,3D visualization of remote sensing image,spatial analysis and network publishing. The multispectral remote sensing images are extracted,processed and registered and stored in the database in shape format;after the surf feature points are extracted and matched,the multispectral remote sensing images are completed by DEM and preprocessing,and the three-dimensional visualization of remote sensing images is realized in acrscene program. The experiments show that the system has high accuracy of data acquisition,high matching rate of feature points and good registration effect,and can clearly reflect the terrain form,aspect and natural ecological conditions of mountainous areas,and realize the three-dimensional visualization of remote sensing images.
