非洲猪瘟病毒蛋白的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒感染引起的危害养猪业的重大动物疫病,该病在急性期表现出不同的临床症状,病死率高达100%。非洲猪瘟病毒是非洲猪瘟病毒科非洲猪瘟病毒属的唯一成员,是一种大型DNA病毒,病毒基因组的庞大与结构的复杂性增加了疫苗和治疗药物的研发难度,目前还未找到预防与治疗非洲猪瘟的有效方法。非洲猪瘟病毒编码的150~200种蛋白质在病毒合成、复制、转录和免疫逃逸方面发挥重要作用,目前还有部分病毒蛋白功能未知。文章综述了非洲猪瘟病毒的主要结构蛋白、非结构蛋白等的特点与功能的研究进展,以期为全面了解非洲猪瘟病毒蛋白的结构与功能以及疫苗研制和药物靶标筛选提供理论基础。 African swine fever(ASF) is a major animal disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV), which is harmful to pig industry. The disease shows different clinical symptoms in the acute phase, with the fatality rate up to 100%. ASFV is the only member of the genus ASFV in ASFV family and is a large DNA virus. The large size and complex structure of the viral genome increase the difficulty in the development of vaccines and therapeutic drugs. Currently, no effective method for prevention and treatment of ASF has been found. ASFV encodes 150-200 proteins, of which play important roles in viral synthesis, replication, transcription and immune escape, respectively. At present, some viral proteins still have unknown functions. In this paper, the characteristics and functions of main structural proteins and non-structural proteins of ASFV were reviewed. It provided a theoretical basis for understanding the structure and function of ASFV protein, vaccine development and drug target screening.
