氮肥形态对槟榔幼苗全氮含量、土壤有效氮和酶活性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Nitrogen Forms on Total Nitrogen Content, Soil Available Nitrogen and Enzyme Activities of Areca catechu Seedlings

摘要 为提高槟榔树氮肥的利用效率,筛选槟榔树生长过程中偏好的氮肥形态。本试验采用盆栽土培方法,以两叶一心槟榔幼苗为材料,分别用酰胺态氮肥(尿素)、硝态氮肥(硝酸钠)和铵态氮肥(氯化铵) 3种形态氮肥对槟榔幼苗进行处理,以不施氮肥为对照,研究氮肥形态对槟榔幼苗氮素吸收、土壤氮素有效性和酶活性的影响。结果表明:槟榔植株及各器官全氮含量在不同形态氮肥处理60 d后,铵态氮肥>酰胺态氮肥>硝态氮肥>对照,各器官氮素含量为:叶片>茎杆>根系;与对照相比,不同形态氮肥处理均显著提高了土壤硝态氮含量;酰胺态氮肥和铵态氮肥处理下土壤铵态氮含量明显提高;各氮肥形态处理下槟榔幼苗根际土壤酶活性几乎全部高于非根际土壤。以上结果说明,施用氮肥能显著提高槟榔幼苗植株氮素吸收,有利于根际和非根际土壤有效氮含量和酶活性的提高,但槟榔幼苗更偏好吸收氨态氮肥。本研究结果不仅可以为槟榔合理施用氮肥提供依据,同时也为氮肥减量控释研究提供了理论基础。 In order to improve the nitrogen utilization efficiency of areca nut tree, the preferred nitrogen forms were selected during the growth process of areca nut tree. In this experiment, pot soil culture method was adopted.Two leaves and one heart areca seedlings were used as materials, abetel nut seedlings were treated with three forms of nitrogen fertilizer: amide nitrogen fertilizer(urea), nitrate nitrogen fertilizer(sodium nitrate) and ammonium nitrogen fertilizer(ammonium chloride), to study the effects of nitrogen forms on nitrogen uptake, soil nitrogen availability and enzyme activities of areca nut seedlings. The results showed as follows: the total nitrogen content of areca nut plants and organs treated with different forms of nitrogen fertilizer for 60 days, ammonium nitrogen fertilizer>amide nitrogen fertilizer >nitrate nitrogen fertilizer >control. The nitrogen content of each organ was as follows: leaf>stem>root system;compared with the control, soil nitrate nitrogen content was significantly increased under different nitrogen forms, and soil ammonium nitrogen content was significantly increased under amide nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen treatments. Enzyme activities in rhizosphere soil of areca nut seedlings were almost all higher than those in non-rhizosphere soil under different nitrogen forms. These results indicated that the application of nitrogen fertilizer could significantly improve the nitrogen uptake of areca nut seedlings and was beneficial to the increase of available nitrogen content and enzyme activities in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil, but areca seedlings preferred to absorb ammonia-nitrogen fertilizer. The results of this study can not only provide a basis for rational nitrogen application of areca nut, but also provide the theoretical basis for the study of nitrogen reduction and controlled release.
