采用Pickering乳液模板制备杂化微胶囊及其药物控释应用的研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress on hybrid microcapsules fabricated from Pickering emulsion templates and their applications in controlled drug release

摘要 近年来,有机/无机杂化材料因兼具有机、无机材料各自的性能优势,极大地促进了新型有机/无机杂化微胶囊的研究和发展。Pickering乳液具有稳定性高、成本低、毒性小等优点,在制备杂化微胶囊的应用中也越来越受到重视。文中概述了有机/无机杂化微胶囊的结构特点;重点论述了采用Pickering乳液模板制备有机/无机杂化微胶囊的方法,包括乳化-静电沉积法、乳化-离子交联法、乳化-共价交联法、乳化-液相聚合法及微流控法等,并着重探讨了有机/无机杂化微胶囊在药物控释(如温度、pH、磁性、酶以及光等响应性释放)方面的研究进展;最后分析了有机/无机杂化微胶囊在制备及药物控释领域面临的一些问题,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 Recently, organic/inorganic hybrid materials can be designed to combine desirable properties of both organic and inorganic components, which have greatly promoted the research and development of new organic/inorganic hybrid microcapsules.Meanwhile, Pickering emulsions have also drawn more and more attention in the preparation of hybrid microcapsules due to their advantages of high stability, low cost, low toxicity, etc.First of all, the structural characteristics of organic/inorganic hybrid microcapsules are summarized in this article.Afterwards, it should be focused on the preparation method of organic/inorganic hybrid microcapsules using Pickering emulsions template inclucling electrostatic deposition, ion cross-linking, covalent cross-linking, liquid phase polymerization, or microfluidic technique method, etc.Besides, it needs also to be noted that the potential applications of hybrid microcapsules in controlled drug release, since the organic/inorganic hybrid materials may be sensitive to various stimuli(i.e.,temperature, pH, magnetic field, enzymes, light, etc.).Finally, the existing problems and the possible future research perspectives in this field are pointed out.
