摘要
目的:探讨标准化病人(TSP)结合案例教学法(CBL)在临床医学生课堂教学中的应用价值。方法:以本院2020级2个临床医学专业的班级作为研究对象,分别作为普通班、实验班,2个班级均有学生50人。普通班采用传统讲授式教学,实验班采用TSP结合CBL教学。对比2个班级的教学效果,评价标准为期末考试、问卷调查。结果:期末考试中实验班理论考试、临床技能考试成绩均高于普通班,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验班学生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、课堂学习能力、知识掌握程度、对教学方案认同情况评分均高于普通班,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:TSP联合案例教学法在临床医学生课堂教学中的应用情况良好,对提升教学质量,帮助学生掌握临床医学知识体系有重要促进作用。
Objective:to investigate the value of standardized patient(TSP)combined with case pedagogy(CBL)in clinical to student classroom teaching.Methods:the study was conducted in 2020 classes of two clinical medicine specialties in our institution,which were set up as general class,experimental class,respectively,with 50 students in each of the two classes.Conventional didactic teaching was used in the general class,while TSP combined with CBL teaching was used in the experimental class.The comparison of teaching effectiveness between the 2 classes was made,and the evaluation criteria were the final examination,questionnaire.Results:the scores of theoretical tests and clinical skills tests in the experimental class at the end of the final examination were higher than those in the ordinary class,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental class had higher spontaneous learning ability,clinical thinking ability,classroom learning ability,knowledge mastery,and recognition of the teaching program than those in the ordinary class,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of TSP combined with case pedagogy to classroom teaching of clinical medical students in good condition will be beneficial to improve the quality of teaching and help students master the knowledge system of clinical medicine.
