桶装饮用水生产过程中微生物污染的分析 被引量:3

摘要 微生物污染是威胁桶装饮用水质量的重要因素,也与居民的饮水安全密切相关。本文从桶装饮用水的生产过程出发,分析导致微生物污染的原因,指出回收桶和盖的清洗消毒不到位、饮用水消毒杀菌不达标、生产设备日常养护不到位或人为带入污染、饮用水灌装车间环境卫生不达标、饮用水桶口桶盖密封性不良是导致桶装饮用水微生物污染的重要原因,并对此提出要做好水源保护,做好回收桶和盖的清洗消毒工作,严格管理和控制臭氧杀菌和含氯消毒剂的使用,认真执行卫生规范,创新改造现有桶盖密封方式,确保桶装水生产全过程均符合相关规范标准,以提高桶装饮用水生产质量,更好的保障居民饮水安全。 Microbial pollution is not only an important factor threatening the quality of barreled drinking water,but also closely related to residents’drinking water safety.Starting from the production process of barreled drinking water,this paper analyzes the causes of microbial pollution,and points out that the cleaning and disinfection of recycling barrels and covers are not in place,the disinfection and sterilization of drinking water is not up to standard,the daily maintenance of production equipment is not in place or artificially brought into pollution,and drinking water irrigation The unqualified environmental sanitation of the loading workshop and the poor sealing of the barrel cover at the mouth of the drinking water barrel are the important reasons for the microbial pollution of the barreled drinking water.It is proposed to do a good job in water source protection,clean and disinfect the recycling barrel and cover,strictly manage and control the use of ozone sterilization and chlorine containing disinfectant,seriously implement the sanitary specifications,innovate and transform the existing sealing mode of the barrel cover to ensure the safety of the barrel The whole process of bottled water production meets relevant specifications and standards,so as to improve the production quality of barreled drinking water and better ensure the drinking water safety of residents.
