摘要
目的观察生精3号方治疗肾虚血瘀型男性不育症的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月上海市第七人民医院收治的100例(4例中途退出研究)中医辨证为肾虚血瘀证的男性不育症患者,随机分为2组,治疗组48例采用生精3号方治疗,对照组48例采用维生素E治疗,2组均连续治疗13周。治疗前后对患者的精液进行分析,记录精子存活率、精子浓度、前向活动精子率、正常形态精子率和精子DNA碎片指数,检测2组肝肾功能及血常规评估治疗安全性。结果2组精子存活率、精子前向运动率、正常形态精子率均明显升高(P均<0.05),精子DNA碎片指数均明显降低(P均<0.05);2组患者精子浓度治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗组治疗后精子存活率、精子前向运动率、正常形态精子率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),精子DNA碎片指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后肝肾功能及血常规指标均无明显变化(P均>0.05)。结论生精3号方能显著提高肾虚血瘀型男性不育症患者精子存活率、精子前向运动率、正常形态精子率,降低精子DNA碎片指数,且安全性良好。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengjing No.3 Decoction in the treatment of male infertility with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods One hundred cases(4 cases withdrawn from the study)of male infertility patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome treated in Shanghai Seventh People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48cases in the treatment group were treated with Shengjing No.3 Decoction,48 cases in the control group were treated with vitamin E,both groups were treated for 13 consecutive weeks.The patient’s semen was analyzed before and after treatment,the sperm survival rate,sperm concentration,sperm progressive rate,normal morphological sperm rate and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)were recorded,The liver and kidney function and blood routine of the 2 groups were tested to evaluate the safety of treatment.Results The sperm survival rate,sperm progressive rate,and normal sperm rate of the two groups were significantly increased(all P<0.05),and the sperm DFI was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the differences in sperm concentration between the two groups were not significant before and after treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the sperm survival rate,sperm progressive rate,and normal sperm rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the sperm DFI was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in liver and kidney function and blood routine indexes in the two groups after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion Shengjing No.3 Decoction can significantly increase the sperm survival rate,the sperm progressive rate,the normal morphological sperm rate,and reduce the sperm DFI with good safety in male infertility patients with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
