摘要
通过对提取溶剂、提取方式和特征离子的优化,确定包装膜袋中芥酸酰胺含量的最佳测试条件。样品用无水乙醇超声提取,气质联用仪测定,外标法定量,在0.5~8.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9990,方法检出限为5.0 mg/kg,回收率为93.9%~97.7%,标准相对偏差(RSD)为1.30%~2.80%。方法能满足复合包装袋产品日常检测的要求。测试样品结果表明,薄膜中芥酸酰胺的含量总体上高于复合膜袋中的含量,薄膜的摩擦系数随芥酸酰胺含量的增大而降低。
The conditions for the determination of erucamide were determined through optimization of extraction solvent,extraction way and characteristic ions.Samples were extracted with absolute ethanol,analyzed by GC-MS,quantified by external standards method.The erucamide standard curve presented a good linear relationship(r=0.9990)in the range of 0.5~8.0 mg/L,the limit of detection was 5.0 mg/kg.The recoveries were in the range of 93.9%~97.7% with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.30%~2.80%.The method was effective and could meet routine detection requirements of composite packaging bag product.The results show that the content of erucamide in the film was higher than that in composite film bags,and the friction coefficient decreased with the increase of erucamide content in film.
