摘要
随着一系列产教融合政策实施,如何促进产教融合、校企合作,办好职业教育,特别是探索一条"产教融合、校企合作"创新型技能型人才培养之路是职业教育的关键所在。结合学院计算机专业创新型人才培养具体实践,可从学徒制、创新创业、学科竞赛、能力本位、职业技能培养与职业精神养成等方面着手,打造校企命运共同体,进一步实现创新型人才培养质量与教学质量的提升。
With the implementation of a series of policies of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,how to promote the integration and the cooperation of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,do well in vocational education,especially explore a training method of innovative and skilled talents with the integration and the cooperation of enterprises with vocational schools and universities are the key of vocational education.Combining the specific practice of the innovative talent training in the computer major of the colleges,we can start from the aspects of apprenticeship,innovation and entrepreneurship,subject competition,ability-based,vocational skills training and professional spirit development,etc.,to create a school-enterprise community of common destiny,and further realize the improvement of quality of innovative talent training and the improvement of teaching quality.
