摘要 当前,5G技术正在加快与北斗、采矿工业物联网、人工智能、大数据和数字孪生等技术融合。研究了基于“5G+工业互联网”的采矿行业智能化技术体系:通过“云物大智移”与井工矿、露天矿的生产、管理、服务应用场景深度融合,提出采矿智能化的顶层设计,并重点介绍基于数字孪生的人机协同系统和数智中台的设计,推动采矿行业生产进入智能化阶段。通过实际研发应用,证明“5G+工业互联网”满足采矿作业要求和智能化要求,对提高矿山作业安全、生产效率和质量产出效果显著,应用数字孪生和数智中台技术能够更加逼真、更加智能、更加有效、更加安全地提升矿山整体经济效能,同时也为该技术体系的深入研究提供参考。 Currently,5G is accelerating its integration with Beidou,the mining industry Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,big data,and digital twins.This paper studies the intelligent technology system of the mining industry based on“5G+Industrial Internet”,through the deep integration of“cloud and material intelligent transfer”with the production,management,and service application scenarios of underground mines and open-pit mines,and proposes the top-level design of mining intelligence.It also introduces the design of the human-machine collaboration system based on the digital twin and the digital intelligence middle station,which promotes the production of the mining industry into the intelligent stage.Practical applications have proved that“5G+Industrial Internet”meets the requirements of mining and intelligence,and significantly improves mine operation safety,production efficiency and quality output.The application of digital twin and digital intelligence technology can improve the overall economic efficiency of the mine more realistically,intelligently,effectively and safely,and provide a reference for the in-depth study.
