摘要
在转炉炼钢过程中产生的高温煤气经过炉冒、斜烟道时,需要冷却水冷却降温,冷却完煤气后的冷却水汽化成低压蒸汽,这些蒸汽由汽包回收后可进行发电。介绍了炼钢蒸汽自过热技术,充分利用转炉蒸汽的余热,高温段转炉蒸汽加热蒸汽蓄热器出口端低压饱和蒸汽成微过热蒸汽,微过热蒸汽流入到汽轮机组进行做功,可提高汽轮机组的发电效率,减轻机组汽蚀。
In the process of converter steelmaking,when the high-temperature gas produced passes through the furnace and inclined flue,it needs to be cooled by cooling water.After cooling the gas,the cooling water vaporizes into low-pressure steam,which can be recovered by the steam drum for power generation.This paper introduces the self superheating technology of steel-making steam,which can make full use of the residual heat of converter steam,heat the low-pressure saturated steam at the outlet end of steam accumulator with converter steam in high temperature section to form micro superheated steam,which flows into the steam turbine unit to do work.It can improve the power generation efficiency of the steam turbine unit,reduce the cavitation of the unit,and promote the energy-saving development of metallurgical industry.
