摘要
基于长平煤矿43221巷掘进期间受陷落柱影响,原顶板支护失效现象严重,导致巷道顶板下沉、底板鼓起以及两帮收缩等现象,分析了原顶板支护设计主要存在的问题,并根据实际生产情况对原支护进行优化改进,提出了"桁架锚索支护+π型钢棚"联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,支护优化后陷落柱应力区顶板的稳定性有所提高,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the serious failure of the original roof support caused by the collapse column during the excavation of 43221 roadway in Changping Coal Mine,resulting in the subsidence of the roadway roof,the bulging of the floor and the shrinkage of the two sides,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the original roof support design,optimizes and improves the original support according to the actual production situation,and puts forward the combined support technology of"truss anchor cable support+πsteel shed".Through the practical application effect,the stability of the roof in the stress area of collapse column has been improved after the support optimization,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
