高炉陶瓷杯用长寿耐材的研制与设计创新

摘要 说明了高炉陶瓷杯的作用、陶瓷杯耐材需具备的性能,以及设计和选材对高炉长寿的重要意义;指出了陶瓷杯侵蚀类型和类锅底状均匀侵蚀对高炉长寿化的重要作用。重点介绍了鲁耐-浦项型复合结构陶瓷杯的创新设计理念及耐材的优点,阐述了陶瓷杯使用过程中形成锅底状均匀侵蚀的理念和设计实现方式。通过试验检测和陶瓷杯热工计算,对陶瓷垫高温膨胀和可压缩情况进行分析,指出过小的陶瓷垫泥缝不利于耐材膨胀吸收。 The function of the ceramic cup of the blast furnace and the properties of the ceramic cup refractory and the importance of design and material selection to the long life of blast furnace are described in the article.It is pointed out that the type of erosion of ceramic cup and the uniform erosion of similar pot bottom play an important role in the longevity of blast furnace.This paper mainly introduces the innovative design concept of LUNAI-POSCO composite structure ceramic cup and the advantages of the refractory.This paper expounds the concept and design of uniform erosion of pot bottom in the process of using ceramic cup.Through test and thermal calculation of ceramic cup,the high temperature expansion and compressibility of ceramic pad are analyzed.It can be seen that too small ceramic pad mud joint is not conducive to the expansion and absorption of the refractory.
