摘要
指出了科学编制和实施好德宏州林业保护发展“十四五”规划,对推进德宏州林业高质量跨越式发展具有重要意义。通过回顾德宏州林业“十二五”发展成就,分析了存在的问题和发展机遇,提出了以加大自然资源保护管理、加快推进国土山川绿化和生态修复治理、大力发展生态富民产业为重点的规划思路,以切实推动德宏林业走出一条以生态保护优先、绿色产业发展为导向的高质量跨越式发展的新路子,为争当全国生态文明建设排头兵、建设“美丽云南”生态文明示范区作出新的贡献。
It is of great significance to scientifically formulate and implement the"fourteenth five-year plan"of forestry protection and development in Dehong Prefecture for promoting the high-quality leapfrog development of forestry in Dehong Prefecture.This paper reviews the development achievements of forestry in Dehong Prefecture during the 12th Five Year Plan period and analyzes the existing problems and development opportunities.The planning ideas are put forward such as focusing on strengthening the protection and management of natural resources,accelerating the greening and ecological restoration of land and rivers,and vigorously developing the industry of enriching the people by ecology,so as to effectively promote Dehong forestry to develop a strategy of giving priority to ecological protection and ecological restoration.The new way of high-quality leap forward development oriented by the development of green industry makes new contributions to striving to be the vanguard of national ecological civilization construction and building"beautiful Yunnan"ecological civilization demonstration zone.
