摘要
以炼油技术惯性发展为情景,采用德尔菲问卷调查法对中国炼油技术进行了技术预见。分别从技术领域、技术方向和关键技术3个层次,设计调查问卷和评价指标,开展了三轮业内知名专家的问卷调查。基于调查结果的分析,得出未来我国炼油技术发展的重点领域、重点方向和单项炼油技术,并提出未来炼油技术的发展路线。
Taking the inertial development of petroleum refining technology as the research scenario,the technology foresight of China's oil refining technology was carried out by Delphi questionnaire.Questionnaires and evaluation indicators were designed respectively from three levels of technical field,technical direction and key technology,and three rounds of questionnaires were conducted among well-known experts in the industry.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the crucial refining fields,directions and individual technologies supporting future development of petroleum refining industry are obtained,and the development route of refining technology in the future is put forward.
