摘要
本研究通过加入不同浓度的铜离子、铁离子、锌离子、镁离子溶液至生活污水中,测定污水五日前后的生化需氧量(BOD)。若污水中的金属离子浓度较高,则能够显著抑制微生物的活动,进而显著降低BOD5测定值。经比较,铜离子和锌离子对BOD5测定值的影响较大,铁离子和镁离子在低浓度时对BOD5测定值的影响有限,但4种金属离子浓度较高时,其均对BOD5测定值有显著影响。
By adding different concentrations of copper ion,iron ion,zinc ion,and magnesium ion solutions to domestic sewage,this study measured the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of the sewage before and after five days.If the concentration of metal ions in the sewage is high,the activity of microorganisms can be significantly inhibited,thereby significantly reducing the measured value of BOD5.By comparison,copper ions and zinc ions have a greater influence on the measured value of BOD5,while iron ions and magnesium ions have limited influence on the measured value of BOD5 at low concentrations,however,when the concentration of the four metal ions is high,they all have a significant impact on the measured value of BOD5.
