摘要 “畅流活水”工程调度的主要任务是在控制截污条件下,通过引清入城加速河水流动,促进水体置换,增加水环境容量。结合传统泥沙动力学公式,发现该调水模式对改善河道淤积也有一定作用。利用现有平台数据,分析调水时水流冲淤、挟沙能力的变化,评估“畅流活水”对改善河道淤积的影响,为探寻减轻淤积的非工程措施,延伸水利工程的功能提供理论支持。 The main task of"smooth flow and live water"project scheduling is to accelerate river flow,promote water replacement and increase water environmental capacity by introducing clear water into the city under the condition of controlling sewage interception.Combining with the traditional water-sediment dynamic formula,it's found that this water transfer model could also improve siltation of river channel.Based on existing platform data,change of scouring and sediment carrying capacity of water flow during water transfer was analyzed,influence of water transfer on the improvement of river siltation was evaluated,and the non-engineering measures to reduce the siltation were explored to provide theoretical support for the function of the hydraulic engineering.
