摘要
目的探究该院医疗设备全生命周期管理的现状及问题,针对问题提出改进措施。方法自行设计“医疗设备全生命周期管理现状”调查问卷,设计7个维度,共有41条调查项目,调查医疗设备全生命周期管理现状及问题,对比分析差异性。结果在综合评价中,医疗设备全生命周期管理评价得分86.58分,处于良好水平。在设备组织与管理者中,学历以专科为主,专科39人(51.32%)明显高于本科及以上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);岗位主要是操作技师和维修工程师,占比77.63%;职称以初级及以下为主,占比47.37%,明显高于中级、高级及以上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在使用效果评价中,有46人评价设备使用良好,设备科会做定期维护管理,占比60.53%,明显高于其他使用效果评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同科室评分中,呼吸与危重症医学科评分(4.26±0.20)分明显高于重症医学科、康复科、消化内科及神经内科,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经内科、重症医学科、消化内科差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分值主要在3分(可以)水平。心血管内科、呼吸与危重症医学科、肾脏内科、儿科差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分值主要在4分(较好)水平。结论在医疗设备全生命周期管理中,应强化管理制度建设、组织领导,提高管理质量,对于提高设备使用寿命、质量,均具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the current status and problems of the whole life cycle management of medical equipment in the hospital,and to propose improvement measures for the problems.Methods Self-designed a questionnaire on the current status of the management of the entire life cycle of medical equipment,designed 7 dimensions and a total of 41 survey items,investigated the current status and problems of the management of the entire life cycle of medical equipment,and compared and analyzed the differences.Results In the comprehensive evaluation,the medical equipment life cycle management evaluation score was 86.58 points,which was at a good level.Among the equipment organization and management personnel,the degree of education was mainly junior college,39 persons(51.32%)of junior college were obviously higher than that of bachelor degree and above,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05);the positions were mainly operation technicians and maintenance engineers,accounting for 77.63%;professional titles were mainly junior and below,accounting for 47.37%,which was significantly higher than intermediate,advanced and above,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the use effect,46 people evaluated that the equipment was in good use,and the equipment department will do regular maintenance and management,accounting for 60.53%,which was significantly higher than other use effect evaluations,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).Among the scores of different departments,the score of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine(4.26±0.20)points was significantly higher than that of Critical Care Medicine,Rehabilitation and Gastroenterology Neurology,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in neurology,critical care medicine,and gastroenterology,the difference was not statistically siginficant(P>0.05),and the score was mainly at the level of 3(ok).There was no statistical difference in cardiovascular medicine,respiratory and c
