摘要
目的探讨新癀片加四黄粉水蜜调敷联合心理干预治疗痛风性关节肿痛的临床疗效。方法纳入2019年8月—2020年11月婺源县中医院接诊的60例患者作为研究对象,均为血尿酸增高而且初发急性痛风性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组30例。对照组用药:双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂。治疗组:在常规治疗的基础上使用新癀片加中药四黄粉水蜜调敷联合心理干预。观察2组疼痛评分、疗效。结果观察组治疗后3 d、治疗后7 d疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的43.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论新癀片加四黄粉水蜜调敷联合心理干预治疗痛风性关节肿痛,可以显著改善患者的疼痛情况,提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinhuang Tablet Plus Sihuang powder water honey mixed application combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of gouty joint swelling and pain.Methods 60 patients in our hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were all with hyperuricemia and acute gouty arthritis.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Control group:diclofenac diethylamine emulsion.Treatment group:on the basis of conventional treatment,Xinhuang Tablets plus Sihuang powder water honey mixed application combined with psychological intervention were used to treat gouty joint swelling and pain.The pain score and curative effect were observed.Results The pain scores of the observation group 3 days and 7 days after treatment were lower than those of the control group in the same period,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,higher than 43.33%of the control group,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinzhupian and sihuangshui honey combined with psychological intervention can improve the pain of patients and improve the clinical effect.
